Why aren't all my properties in my Partner of the Year (POY) Report?

The Partner of the Year Report has three possible tabs:

  1. Summary tab only appears when you are comparing two years of data.  Properties are only counted on the Summary tab if they meet all these requirements:
    • The property has the following metrics (meaning there aren't any "N/A's") for BOTH years:
      • Gross Floor Area
      • Site Energy
      • Source Energy
      • Weather Normalized Site Energy
      • Weather normalized Source Energy
      • Total GHG Emissions
    • The property is not a child property or a "Part of Building" (Tenant Space)
  2. Information and Metrics tab lists all the metrics for all of the properties. If the metric isn't available, you'll see "Not Available." If you are comparing two years of data, then you will have two rows for each property. You can spot check this tab to see which metrics are "Not Available."
  3. Comparisons tab also only appears when you are comparing two years of data and shows the differences between the two years.
