What do the dates on a data request report mean for a data collector?

A person collecting data with a Data Request will see these dates:

• Date Downloaded is the date/time you "Downloaded Responses to Excel."
• Date Generated is the date/time that the last user submitted data to this request.

• Generation Date is the date/time the user generated their report.
• Release Date is the date/time the user submitted their report.
