How do I know I submitted my data for a state/local ordinance?

After a report has been submitted for compliance with a state/local ordinance, a confirmation email will be sent to the Property Data Administrator (PDA) and any additional email addresses noted in the last step of the reporting process.
 

A 'Response Receipt' can also be generated by visiting your Reporting tab and selecting 'View Response Receipt' from the drop-down menu in the Action column for the ordinance (and year) of interest:
 



*NOTE: Energy Star can only confirm the report was sent using Portfolio Manager. For final confirmation, please reach out to your state/local benchmarking program directly to confirm they received it.
