I'm getting a generic alert - how can I figure out the problem?

If you get the alert that "there is not enough data to calculate this metric":

Here are some steps to take to find the underlying issue: 

1. Run the Data Quality Checker on the date that the metric is unavailable

2. Check that each Property Use has a full 12 months of Gross Floor Area (GFA). Some metrics are time-weighted based on the GFA, so if there is a problem with the GFA it will trickly down to these kinds of metrics: 

  • Weekly Operating Hours
  • Worker Density
  • Percent that Can Be Heated
  • Percent that Can Be Cooled
