Who is the Property Data Administrator?

  • October 18, 2024 15:43

The Property Data Administrator (PDA) is the person who created the property in Portfolio Manager. The PDA is the "owner" of the property record (but doesn't necessarily own the actual building), and retains all rights associated with property data. The PDA is the only person who can transfer or delete a property.
