How do I create a group?

To create a group of Properties:

  1. On the MyPortfolio page, select "Edit/Delete Groups"

  2. In the upper right corner, click "Create a Group"
  3. Follow the steps to enter a group, select properties to add to it, and whether or not you want it to be the default group displayed when you log in.  Note: if you choose to set this group as your default view, you can still use the "Filter by" drop-down bar to choose "View All Properties".
  4. Click "Create."
  5. You may use the Filter by option (directly above "Add/Edit/Delete Groups") to choose to display your grouped properties.

Notes:

  • You can share a Group of properties, but the recipient will need to recreate the group after they accept the shared properties.
  • Groups are different than campus properties; to create a campus refer to "How to benchmark a campus".
